Banana Blueberry Muffins

An amazing GAPS Banana Blueberry Muffin recipe

2 cups of coconut flour
12 eggs
1/4 cup of melted butter or ghee
1/2- 2/3 cup  honey 
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3-4 extra ripe bananas

1 lb of frozen blueberries
Mix first 6 ingredients together.    Stir in frozen  blueberries last so that 
they do not bleed their color into the whole  batter.  
Pour into buttered baking pan or muffin cups (your choice)
Bake at 350 f for about 20 minuets if making muffins
Bake at 350 f for about 50 minuets if making cake
Note (if the batter does not look moist enough add a little bit more melted butter.  It is a firm batter.)
