Do you wonder if you can do anything to help yourself or your child who has allergies, asthma, eczema, ADD, ADHD, food sensitivities, indigestion, reflux, IBS, constipation, stomach aches, bed-wetting, autism, depression or autoimmune disorder?

If so, please join us as we take a close look at how the health of our gut/digestive tract is related to all of the above issues. Whether we experience any of the above in a mild manner or a more serious manner, the connection to our gut health is of great importance.

The 1/17/12 Wall Street Journal article entitled, A Gut Check for Many Ailments states, ‘A growing body of research shows the gut affects bodily functions far beyond digestion. Studies have shown intriguing links from the gut's health to bone formation, learning and memory and even conditions including Parkinson's disease….. “The gut is important in medical research, not just for problems pertaining to the digestive system but also problems pertaining to the rest of the body," says Pankaj J. Pasricha, chief of the division of gastroenterology and hepatology at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Introduction to Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome (GAPS) will provide a detailed review of the work of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride and a dietary protocol that works to help balance the gut/digestive system and bring psychological/physiological balance. Sessions are open to all, but require a reservation. $15 per session.
